Martine Pham (she/her) is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in strategic visioning, financial planning and analysis, human resources development, and operations & infrastructure management. She has served as chief financial officer and chief operations officer for start-ups as well as large organizations with annual budgets of $200M+, both in the for-profit and non-profit spheres. Martine thrives in implementing sustainability initiatives for fledging community-focused organizations. These sustainability initiatives include creating strategies to effectively allocate resources, designing highly efficient systems for reporting, and optimizing staff performance and development.
Martine holds a MBA from the University of California at Berkeley, and a BS from the University of Hawaii.
Martine is an avid kayaker, and enjoys playing bridge, hiking, and celebrating life with her family.
